The program

What students get inside White Coat Strategy

This is not a resource library. It is a weekly system built around live teaching, feedback, and direction.

Live MCAT Tutoring

High-yield content review, passage strategy, missed-question review, and exam planning.

Weekly Structure

A clear rhythm of MCAT sessions, strategy sessions, and office hours to help students stay consistent.

Application Strategy

Guidance on clinical experience, research, activities, school selection, writing, secondaries, and interviews.

Mentorship From Medical Students

Support from current M.D. and D.O. students who understand the process firsthand.

The real problem

Studying harder is not always the problem.

Most premed students are not lacking resources. They are drowning in them.

Books, question banks, Anki decks, videos, Reddit threads, study schedules, and conflicting advice can make the process feel more confusing, not less. The issue is rarely effort alone. The issue is knowing what to do, when to do it, how to review your mistakes, and how to stay consistent when the process becomes overwhelming.

The difference is not always intelligence. The difference is structure.
Tutoring is the core

Tutoring is the foundation.

At the center of White Coat Strategy is structured MCAT tutoring. Students receive live content support, study planning, practice strategy, and accountability designed to turn scattered studying into a repeatable system.

01

Live MCAT Content Sessions

High-yield science review, passage-based reasoning, common trap patterns, and testable concepts taught live each week.

02

Study Planning

Guidance on timelines, resources, weekly targets, review blocks, practice exam timing, and realistic pacing.

03

Practice Strategy

Support with missed-question review, timing, endurance, passage approach, and identifying repeated mistakes.

04

Accountability

Weekly structure, office hours, community support, and clear next steps so students do not drift between resources.

Your weekly system

A weekly system, not another resource library.

Students do not need another pile of content. They need a structure they can return to every week.

Thank you, Rob

“I started with him when I was consistently scoring 10 points below my goal. In under three months, I achieved my goal MCAT score. He also helped me draft my narrative, polish my secondaries, and prepare for interviews, and I was accepted into my top-choice medical school.”

Built for premeds who want structure.

This is for students who are ambitious enough to work, but honest enough to know they need structure.

Frequently asked

Questions students usually ask

Is White Coat Strategy an MCAT tutoring program?
Yes. Structured MCAT tutoring is the foundation of the program. But White Coat Strategy goes beyond content review by connecting MCAT preparation to study planning, accountability, application strategy, and long-term admissions positioning.
Is this only for students applying this cycle?
No. The program is built for both students applying soon and younger premeds who want to build the right foundation early. Starting early can be a major advantage when the work is intentional.
Do I need an MCAT date already?
No. Students can join whether they are actively studying, planning their timeline, or trying to decide when to take the exam.
How do live sessions work?
Students attend one live session each week. Tuesday and Thursday cover the same curriculum, allowing students to choose the schedule that best fits their needs. Sunday Office Hours are available to all members.
How is this different from a traditional MCAT course?
Traditional MCAT courses often focus mainly on content and practice. White Coat Strategy includes MCAT tutoring, but also adds mentorship, accountability, application strategy, clinical and research guidance, writing support, and long-term planning.
What is the difference between Core and Founder Access?
Core is the full program: your weekly live session, Sunday office hours, community, templates, accountability, and application guidance. Founder Access includes everything in Core plus a monthly one-on-one meeting, a personalized roadmap, priority messaging, and individualized strategy support. Every student, including Founder Access, attends one weekly live session.
Are sessions recorded?
Select sessions and high-yield workshops may be recorded for members. White Coat Strategy emphasizes live participation, accountability, and consistent engagement.
How selective is the program?
The program is application-based because we want to work with students who are serious, coachable, and ready to build consistently. The goal is not to accept everyone. The goal is to build a focused community of students who are willing to do the work.
Do you guarantee a specific MCAT score or acceptance?
No. We do not make fake guarantees. We provide structure, tutoring, strategy, mentorship, and accountability so students can prepare more effectively and build stronger applications.
